基于清洁生产的燃煤电厂循环经济模式研究

燃煤电厂是我国大部分地区的主要污染来源,燃煤电厂实施循环经济既是环境保护的需要,也是节能减排的有效途径.本文对国内燃煤电厂清洁生产的研究进行了回顾,探讨了清洁生产与循环经济的联系与区别,在分析循环经济的四种基本模式后,阐述了燃煤电厂的三种循环经济模式,提出清洁生产是燃煤电厂实施循环经济的实施形式之一;在对燃煤电厂污染排放及其来源进行剖析的基础上,从清洁生产技术、清洁生产审核和清洁生产评价三个方面研究了燃煤电厂内部如何实施以清洁生产为基础的循环经济模式.

Study on the Circular Economy Mode of Coal-fired Power Plant Based on Cleaner Production

Coal-fired power plants are the main pollution source in most parts of China. The implementation of circular economy in coal-fired power plants is necessary for environmental protection and also an effective way of energy saving and emission reduction. This paper reviews the research on cleaner production of coal-fired power plants in China, discusses the relationship and differences between cleaner production and circular economy. After analyzing the four basic modes of circular economy, we expound three modes of circular economy of coal-fired power plants. Then we put forward that cleaner production is one of the ways of circular economy in coal-fired power plants. On the basis of the analysis on the pollution discharge and its source of the plants, we research on the mode of implementing circular economy in coal-fired power plants from cleaner production technology, cleaner production audit and cleaner production evaluation.
