房地产市场非理性繁荣对我国金融安全的影响研究

摘    要:本文通过构建金融安全指数,建立了房地产市场与金融安全关联机制模型,并对其进行关联机制研究。结果显示:我国GDP增长率与金融安全指数之间呈正相关关系,房地产价格指数与金融安全指数之间存在负相关关系;房地产价格变化虽然会对金融安全状况产生影响,但小于经济增长速度的变化对金融安全的正向影响,并提出了防范房地产泡沫与金融风险的政策建议。

Abstract:By building the financial safety index, the paper establishes an association mechanism model between the real estatemarket and the financial security, and carries out the research on the associated mechanism. The results show that there is a positivecorrelation relationship between China' s GDP growth rate and financial safety index, and there is a negative correlation relationshipbetween the real estate price index and financial security index. The results also show that although the changes in real estate prices im-pact the financial security, but less than the positive effect of the changes of the economic growth speed. Finally the paper proposes thepolicy recommendations to prevent the real ~state bubble and financial risks.
