| 摘 要： | 良好的组织执行力是组织完成自己的任务、实现自己目标的有力保障。但组织的执行力是什么,有些什么影响因素及如何提高执行力,一直是研究的课题。文章运用系统分析的方法,从建立模型着手,对这3方面的问题进行了研究。
