金融机构对非国有经济的融资状况及其对策

非国有经济的外部资金主要由金融中介机构提供，其中，国有商业银行向非国有企业融资时的诸多障碍迫切要求其进行相应的信贷制度改革；正规非国有金融机构在发展初期对非国有经济提供了一定的资金支持，但逐渐暴露出的一些问题阻碍了进一步的融资；民间金融部门为非国有经济提供资金有其特有的优势，但同时存在的问题必须尽快解决。

The Condition and Suggestion for Financial Institutions to Finance non- state Owned Economy

The external capital of non-state owned economy is mainly provided by financial intermediary institutions. There are three kinds of financial institutions in our country's financial market. State-owned commercial banks have many obstacles in financing non-state owned enterprises. It is urgent for them to reform their credit systems. In the initial stage, regular non-state owned finance institutions gave some finance support to non-state owned economy. However, the problems which have been found gradually prevent these institutions from further financing. Nongovernmental finance institutions have their particular advantages when financing non-state owned economy. But their problems should be solved as soon as possible so that they can give finance support effectively.
