| 摘 要： | 先有哈佛,后有美国的教育历史背景,注定了美国的高等教育发展途径的曲折性与前进性。沿袭了300多年的教育传统和理念成就了美国的高等教育——殖民地时期的9所高等学院位居世界著名大学前列。美国教育的成败离不开财政经费的支持,在一定程度上,教育经费的充足与否直接关系到教育质量的高低,为此,论文从经济基础角度对二战前美国大学的经费筹措途径和渠道进行了探讨。
