| 摘 要： | 之所以提出"中国特色"低碳社会建设,是因为我国当前正处于新型工业化的中期,能源需求增加,产业结构需要进一步调整,能源消费结构与效率有待优化和提高,尚需大力发展低碳技术。"中国特色"低碳社会建设的基本路径应以我国转型期经济的可持续发展为基础,以我国生态文明发展进程为标志,政府要积极倡导低碳生活方式,提高民生质量。
