| 摘 要： | 思想政治理论课团队教学有利于发挥团队教育的优势,有利于促进青年教师的尽快成长,有利于提高整个团队的教育教学水平。加强思想政治理论课教学团队建设必须以队伍建设为基础,以文化建设为核心和灵魂,以教学工作和教学建设为重点,创新保障和评价机制。

| Abstract: | Group teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Course is favorable to bring the advantage of group education into play;promote the quick growth of young teacher;enhance the education and teaching level of whole group.To enhance the group teaching construction of Ideological and Political Theory Course must take group construction as basis,take culture construction as core and soul,take teaching work and teaching construction as emphases,and innovate in the aspects of guarantee and evaluation mechanism. |
