中国是个发展中的大国,在21世纪经济全球化、科技全球化的大环境下,国内引进了许多外资、先进的技术和科技人才,经济得到突飞猛进的发展。然而这种发展在刚开始时是好的,但发展一段时间后出现了许多潜在的危机。稀土是重要的矿产能源,中国是世界上稀土资源占有量最大的国家,全球化以后,稀土是提高经济的重要输出产品之一,中国用占世界30%的储存量供应全球90%以上的需求,长此以往必将有用尽的一天。面对全球化带给稀土资源发展的机遇和挑战,我们应该用科学的发展观去理智地对待,不能盲目地开发,造成无法挽回的损失。
