| 摘 要： | 对英国高等教育的办学定位、管理体制、教育理念、教学实践、内部教学质量保障和学生服务等方面的特点进行了归纳总结,并结合中国高校的办学实践,从办学定位的确立、管理体制的构建、教学理念的转变、教学实践的效度、质量文化的建设和学生服务的改进等方面提出建议。
