Some Legal Problems in Cross-strait Economic and Trade Communication after WTO Entry: Theoretical Argument and Practice Analysis

As of China's entry into the WTO, the application of the principle of"Non-discriminatory treatment", the legal issue of"Mainland's investment to Taiwan"and applying DSU/DSB to solve the cross-strait economic and trade disputes are always"hot"legal issues in the cross-strait economic and trade communications. It has been more than 5 years since China's entry into the WTO. This article aims at reviewing and discussing the aforesaid issues in theory, and then checking and analyzing these issues in practice. It will be helpful to push the improvement of the economic and trade relations of the two sides of the Strait.
