对集约用地内涵的再思考 ——基于对香港城市土地集约利用模式的分析

研究目的：分析香港混合利用集约用地模式及其内涵，反思土地集约利用定义的局限性，以期为大陆地区的土地集约利用提供借鉴。研究方法：比较分析法和文献资料法。研究结论：虽然中国大陆城市在城市化阶段、城市发展速度、城市发展形态等方面与香港地区存在明显差异，但香港混合多用途集约用地方式拓展了集约用地的内涵和思路，即使以香港为代表的立体混合集约用地模式并不能直接应用于国内城市，却能为国内城市集约用地提供新的思路和研究方向，引发对集约利用的再思考，因此具有相当的价值。

Rethinking the Meaning of Intensive Land Use: Based on Analyzing Intensive Land Use Patterns in Hongkong

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the definition of intensive land use in Hongkong and rethink about the limitation of definition of intensive land use in order to offer a reference for approaching intensive land use in Chinese mainland. Methods of documentation and comparative analysis are employed. The result shows that there are obvious difference between cities in Chinese mainland and Hongkong in urbanization stage, city development speed and form as well as other aspects, but the mixed multipurpose intensive land use in Hongkong expands the connotation and thought of intensive land use. Although the solid mixed intensive land use in Hongkong can not be employed directly for the mainland cities, it surely offer a new thought and research direction for intensive land use in domestic cities and  leads to rethinking of the meaning of intensive land use, which has considerable values for references.
