| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难的主要原因是人才的供给与需求不平衡、高等教育结构与市场经济需求不适应、大学生自身素质与市场需求不匹配等。只有强化政府在高校就业工作中的主导作用、继续深化高等教育改革、提高大学毕业生的自身就业竞争力、转变用人单位的用人观念,才能使高校毕业生就业难问题得到较好解决。

| Abstract: | The major causes of the difficulties in students' job-seeking lie in the unbalance between the supply and demand of talents,the unadaptation of higher educational structure to the demands of market economy,and students' quality not matching with market requirements etc.We should strengthen the guidance role of government in the work of university students' job-seeking,further deepen the reform in higher education,promote students' self competition in job-seeking,and transform the concept of employers to solve the problems in job-seeking. |
