东北老工业基地外资利用绩效的实证比较研究

本文以东北老工业基地GDP、工业总产值占全国比重与其吸引FDI业绩之间的“剪刀差”现象为出发点,选取了近15年来东北三省、长江三角洲地区以及全国相关年份的统计数据,计算并比较了FDI对相应地区的资本形成、工业总产值、工业增加值、出口以及GDP的贡献弹性,在一定程度上考察和比较FDI的地区经济效应,从而对东北老工业基地FDI利用绩效作出实证判断。在实证比较研究的基础上,指出了东北三省在FDI利用方面存在着系统性的绩效低下问题,并对这种现象背后的深层次原因进行了实证比较分析,得出了一些具有政策启示意义的结论。

An Empirical and Comparative Research on the Performance of the Northeast Old Industrial Base of China in Using FDI

Beginning with the"scissors-gap"between the proportion to GDP and GIP of China and the performance in attracting FDI in the northeast old industrial base of china(NOIBC), this paper calculated and compared the effect elasticity of the region in capital formation, GIP, AIP, export and GDP with the recent 15 years' data. And the economic effect of FDI on different regions was observed. So, the performance of NOIBC in using FDI has been estimated empirically. Based on the above, this paper thought that the performance is low wholly. The deep reasons were analyzed and some suggested useful conclusions were drawn.
