摘    要:定性的非财务指标在企业效绩评价中越来越受到重视,而现行实务中所采用的评价方法都没能很好地将定性指标纳入评价体系,对此,本文提出另一种系统的评价方法--企业效绩的模糊综合评价法.

Abstract:More and more companies use the non-financial measures as part of their performance evaluation.However, there aren't any widely accepted methods which combine the non-financial measures well. This paper provides a new method : Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation which can solve this problem.
