| 摘 要： | 高等学校的管理工作是影响本科教学质量的一个重要因素，因此，作为高等学校教学质量监测与保证体系构成部分的教学督导工作，在重视督教、督学的同时，必须加强督管工作，三管齐下，确保高校教学质量的不断提高。

| Abstract: | The management of college is a vital factor to affect the undergraduate teaching quality,so,as a part of university teaching quality monitoring and insurance system,teaching supervision should attach importance to supervisory management as well as supervise teaching and supervise learning at the same time to ensure the improvement of teaching quality. |
