中国企业对欧盟逆向投资的动因、问题及对策

欧债危机发生以来,中国对欧盟直接投资的规模逐渐增加、投资领域不断扩大,欧盟在我国对外投资中的地位逐步提高,中国企业对欧盟的逆向投资问题也成为了社会关注的热点。本文分析了中国企业对欧盟逆向投资的动因及存在的问题,进而提出了调整投资方式、发挥政府作用以及实行人才本地化策略等建议,以促进我国企业对欧盟的直接投资。

China enterprise invest in EU's motivation reason,problem and countermeasure

Since European Sovereign Debt Crisis＇be gan, the size of investment from China to EU is increas ing and the areas of investment are expanding. In th meanwhile, the status of EU is improving in China＇ offshore FDI. And the contrarian investment from China s enterprises to EU is becoming a social hotspot. Th article analyzes the motivations and the existin problems of the contrarian investment from China＇s en terprises to EU, and then takes some proposals, such a adjusting investment mode, improving the functions o government, as well as implementing the localizatio of human resources, so as to promoting the investmen fromChina＇s enterprises to EU.
