| 摘 要： | 房地产业已成为我国经济新一轮上升的动力源。近两年的国家宏观调控,迫使房地产企业更为深入地理解自身的资本结构现状和影响因素。文章从资本结构出发,运用Eviews统计软件对20家具有代表性的房地产上市公司的财务数据进行实证分析,试图为房地产上市公司优化资本结构提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The real estate industry has become the power of domestic economic growth.At the same time,these years’ macro-control,the rectification of the real estate industry is also included.In order to make reasonable financing arrangements and optimize capital structure,both financial and real estate corporations were forced to have a good understanding for capital structure and the factors influencing it.From the point of capital structure,this paper use Eviews statistical software to analyze 20 listed real estate corpo-rations' financial data,trying to puts forward countermeasure for real estate corporations to optimize the capital structure. |
