提升河北省大中型工业企业核心竞争力研究

大中型工业企业在河北省经济发展过程中起着决定性的作用,但与国内外企业相比,存在的主要问题是核心竞争力不强,究其原因是技术创新能力不足。“十一五”期间,通过技术创新提升河北省大中型企业核心竞争力,需要科学选择技术创新的方式;建立以大中型企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系;培养优秀的企业家群体和创新团队;加大知识产权保护力度;加强大中型企业间的技术交流与合作。

Technological Innovation: The Important Way of Promoting Core Competence of Hebei province of Large-scale and Medium-scale Industrial Enterprises

Large-scale and medium-scale industrial enterprises have played a decisive role in the economic development of Hebei province,while shortage of technological innovation results in the fact that its core competence is not strong enough to compare with foreign enterprises.During the eleventh "Five-Year Plan",promoting core competence of large-scale and medium-scale industrial enterprises by technological innovation,we need pay attention to several aspects: select scientific ways of technological innovation;establish technological innovation structure;cultivate excellent entrepreneur group and innovation team;aggrandize knowledge ownership protection;reinforce intercourse and teamwork of technology among large-scale and medium-scale industrial enterprises.
