Reflection upon the Managerial Issues after Expanding the Management Scope of Railway Administrations

Regarding the actual problems encountered after the expansion ofmanagement scope in Nanchang Railway Administration, according to the basictheories of modern enterprise organization and management, this paper suggestsapplying management in form of category and power to different levels. It alsoanalyzes relevant work that shall be well fulfilled, such as adjusting the industrystructure and productivity layout, establishing new management mechanism,standardizing the decision-making procedure of different management levelsand improving the quality of human resources, etc. in order to facilitate themanagement in those stations and departments that are directly attached toRailway Administration.
