The Analysis on the Mode of Participating in Social Medical Insurance Management of Commercial Insurance Companies

Establishing and perfecting the medical insurance is a development plan which is beneficial to the national economy and the people＇s livelihood, and it has very important significance in promoting the social development. At present, the target of universal medical insurance has been basically realized. Commercial insurance companies＇ participating in the social medical insurance management has become one of the development models in the next phase. This model has opened pilot projects in many cities, which has got certain effect. But the development model is faced with some dilemma because of the influence of various factors. The paper mainly analyzes the theoretical basis that commercial insurance companies participate in social medical insurance management, management model of participating in the social medical insurance management of commercial insurance companies in typical areas, and puts forward corresponding promotion measures.
