| 摘 要： | 发达国家科技型中小企业之所以能迅速成长为国际化的大公司,至关重要的因素是企业成长过程中及时获得有效融资助力其发展壮大.本文通过系统阐述美、日、德成熟的融资模式,对比分析我国科技型中小企业融资中采取的创新措施以及存在的问题,提出改善科技型中小企业融资问题的建议和对策.
