资源型城市城镇化建设及金融支持问题探析

十八大召开以来,我国城镇化建设进程加快,资源型城市作为特殊群体,其城镇化建设具有自身优势,如起点高、工业化水平高.但资源型城市城镇化也面临资源约束性明显等问题,金融参与和支持城镇化建设也与其他城市差异较大.本文以典型的石油城市克拉玛依市为例,分析探讨资源型城市城镇化建设及金融支持面临的问题,提出相关建议.

The Analysis on the Issues of the Urbanization Construction of Resource-based Cities and Financial Supportand Financial Support

The process of urbanization construction in China has accelerated since the 18th National Congress of CPC. As a spe-cial group, the urbanization construction of resource-based cities has its own advantages such as high-level starting point and industri-alization. But influenced by the specific institutional factors, the urbanization construction of resource-based cities has also faced many problems that resources constraint is significant and the fmancial participation and support is greatly different from other cities. The pa- per sets the typical petroleum Karamay City as an example, analyzes the problems in urbanization construction of resource-based cities and financial support, and puts forward relevant proposals.
