摘    要:探索管理监督新模式、新方法,不断提高优质服务水平,实现社会效益和企业经济效益的双赢,对供电企业科学、高效管理具有重要意义。在系统分析了供电企业优质服务面临的新形势的基础上,研究了供电企业优质服务管理创新内容体系和监督措施。
