| 摘 要： | 缺乏积极的城市化推进模式是中国城市化整体发展滞后的重要原因。旨在扩大农村劳动力非农就业的思路模式是中国城市化进程加速发展的理性选择。基于扩大非农就业的路径选择,城市化促进模式体现为一个政策体系:提高农村劳动力的非农就业收入,降低农村劳动力的非农就业成本,扩大非农产业市场的劳动需求,完善城市就业制度。

| Abstract: | The lack of a positive urbanization model is the important reason about Urbanization lag in China. The idea of expanding non-agricultural employment is the rational choice of accelerating China＇s urbanization process. Based on the path of expanding non-agricultural employment, the urbanization mode Includes a policy system： to improve the income of the rural labor force in non-agricultural employment, to reduce the cost of the rural labor force in non-agricultural employment, to expand the labor market demand of city, to improve the urban employment system. |
