| 摘 要： | 在我国一些地方,新农村中小城镇建设由于缺乏科学规划和严格管理,农村居民点用地的集约化水平较低,加之农业生产中化肥、农药的不科学施用,畜禽水产规模养殖污染治理的不配套,乡镇招商引资企业布局不合理、经营项目高污染等,造成农村生态环境的大面积污染.
