| Abstract: | The author argues the regulations about market entry permission of foreign venture capital which has taken effect is a important factor, the defects of which have hindered boom. So the author suggests there are many aspects which have to be reformed in the regulations about market entry permission of foreign venture capital, including the approval market entry permission of foreign venture capital, the choice of fund formation, the preferences in tax, and so on. |
