| Abstract: | Based on metering datum collecting over two years in Kazakhstan-China Pipeline,a method was introduced in this paper to analyse and evaluate metering operating state making use of metering result difference between starting and ending metering station on the Pipeline.It establishes the groundwork for improvement metering operating quality and grope for the method of reducing metering error on international crude oil pipeline. |
