| 摘 要： | 本文认为，按贡献分配将劳动与其他非劳动要素统一于生产要素，将生产要素分配的依据统一于社会贡献，将按劳分配与按生产要素分配统一于按贡献分配。这一原则体现了经济国际化、市场化等时代性，把握了按贡献分配规律的必然性，是我国分配理论与时俱进地创造性发展。
