| 摘 要： | 我国是自然资源短缺的发展中国家，要充分认识所面临的环境问题并运用其发展变化规律，在经济建设中应避免“先污染、后治理”的传统模式。今后我国发展对策是走跨越式发展的路径，在保护环境的同时发展绿色GDP，提高人口素质与加强环境科学教育，这是实现社会经济可持续发展的前提。
