浅谈企业零库存管理

一直以来,在管理界流传者——"库存"是"罪恶"的根源这种说法,因此,一些企业开始拼命降低库存以减少"罪恶"发生的几率,"零库存"的营销管理也应运而生。尽量少用人力、物力、财力把库存管理好,获取最大的供给保障,是很多企业追求的目标,甚至影响到企业在竞争中的地位。本论文首先论述了库存和零库存的相关理论,然后分析了零库存管理在国外的发展情况。最后,就零库存实现途径和方式,提出了一些具体的实现途径。
