| 摘 要： | 项目经理在项目管理中处于主导地位。在项目启动前,选拔出适合于该项目的项目经理,对项目的成功运作非常重要,对项目经理的素质要求是综合性的。因此,建立项目经理选拔综合测评模型,使得对项目经理的选拔测评更加科学、客观、准确。

| Abstract: | The project manager in project management is in the leading position.Before the project operation,selecting a suitable project manager is very important for the successful operation of the project.The requirements about quality of project manager are integrated.Therefore,it makes selection and evaluation of the project manager more scientific,objective and accurate for establishing project manager selection and comprehensive evaluation model. |
