基于Yet2全球服务平台的知识产权中介服务模式研究

在工业经济向知识经济转变的过程中,知识产权是决定一个国家综合竞争力的核心要素。知识产权中介服务对于促进高科技产业发展,规范市场行为,提高科技创新综合竞争力等有着不可替代的作用。Yet2是世界上第一个开放创新服务平台,如今发展成为世界最大的网络知识产权服务平台。对比发现,我国知识产权市场出现服务不足、中介服务机构不完善、专业人才紧缺等问题。通过对Yet2知识产权交易平台的发展历程和营运模式的分析,提出对我国知识产权中介服务机构的发展启示。

Research on the Service Mode of the Intellectual Property Right Based on the Yet2 Global Service Platform

In the process of the transformation of industrial economy to knowledge economy, intellectual property becomes the key factor to determine the comprehensive competitiveness of a country. Intellectual property intermediary service has irreplaceable function to promote the development of high-tech industry, regulate market behavior, Improvethe comprehensive competitiveness of science and technology innovation. Yet2 is the world''s first open innovation service platform, and now becomes the largest network intellectual service platform of the world.In contrast ,our country''s intellectual property market is a lack of services, intermediary service organizations is not perfect, professional talent shortage and other issues.In this paper,we analyze the development of intellectual property rights trading platformand the five operating modes , and then make recommendations for our country.
