| 摘 要： | 从金融危机以来我国企业的抗风险能力看，创新和知识产权在应对危机中发挥着巨大作用。当前，我国企业的自主创新意识不高、自主创新能力和知识产权综合能力不足，已经成为制约相关产业核心竞争力形成的瓶颈。一方面，是因为我国的创新政策法律体系尤其是知识产权保护法制仍显粗糙，另一方面，是企业本身的知识产权工作仍有不少的问题，需要在进一步提高知识产权工作的战略地位，以及营造保障企业知识产权的司法环境等方面，加以制度整合和建设。

| Abstract: | Innovative technology and intellectual property rights take an important part in defending the financial crisis, in order to form the core power of the competitive abilities of the Chinese industries, we must improving enterprises＇ innovative consciousness, abilities, and developing the intellectual property rights based on improving the status of the general work of the property rights system, and the judicial environments. |
