| 摘 要： | 针对目前高职学生实践能力培养存在的问题分析,提出了学生实践能力培养的具体对策：一是构建有特色的人才培养模式,二是高度重视实践教学,加大实践教学的投入,三是加强＂双师型＂师资队伍建设,四是强化学生实践能力培养的自主规划意识,从而更有效地实现高等职业技术教育目标。
