新疆现代物流业发展存在的问题及对策研究

发展现代物流业时提高城市和企业竞争力。获得有利竞争地位具有重要意义。新疆发展现代物流业有着诸多有利条件．也存在着一些阻碍因素。针对其存在的问题和困境．本文提出了推进新疆物流业发展的对策：（1）建立权威的领导协调机构．统一管理．规范物流市场；（2）进一步加强物流基础设施建设；（3）合理选择运输工具和运输路线．发挥地缘优势。促进新疆外贸物流发展：（4）加快物流企业重组，大力发展第三方物流；（5）重视物流管理人才的培养。

Research on Problems and Tactics of Logistics Industry Development in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

Developing of logistics industry is very important to increase competitive ability and get advantageous role of cities and enterprises.Logistics industry development of Xinjiang has priorities and problems.This paper gives some advice on how to improve it through the analysis of problems existing in Xinjiang logistics industry.(1)Authoritative organization of cooperation in Xinjiang can be built to consolidate management and standardize logistics market;(2)Lay emphasis on the construction of logistics foundation establishments;(3)Rationally select vehicles and transportation routes to exert regional advantages and accelerate foreign trade expanding;(4)Quicken the integration of logistics enterprises and advance TPL energetically;(5)Emphasize the education and train of logistics managers.
