随着全国旅游小城镇建设进入高潮,黑龙江省旅游名镇的建设进程也在不断加快,但由于存在旅游规划滞后、建设资金匮乏、政策扶持不足等难点和问题,使旅游名镇的发展受到制约。为提升黑龙江省旅游名镇的建设速度和水平,应该采取科学编制规划,拓宽融资渠道,规范政府引导,实现区域联动等有关对策。

With the upsurge of developing sightseeing towns across China,the development of towns for sightseeing industry has witnessed a rapid pace in Heilongjiang.However,due to retarding planning,lack of development capitals and insufficient government policies,the development of towns for sightseeing industry has been confined.Such countermeasures as scientific planning,expansion of financing channels,appropriate government guidance and regional coordination shall be adopted to increase the level and speed of tourist town development.
