B2C电子商务企业物流配送模式的选择研究

近年来,B2C电子商务市场增长迅速,吸引了大量B2C企业进入。在国内物流业整体局面不佳的情况下,B2C企业如何进行物流配送模式选择显得尤为重要。B2C企业的物流配送模式包括自营物流模式、外包物流模式、自营与外包混合模式、共同配送模式。企业在选择某一种模式时,应该认真考察成本、效率和服务这三个要素,在制定物流服务战略时需要考虑三者的平衡。基于AHP法的B2C企业物流配送模式最优方案是采用物流外包模式而,采用共同配送模式则是次优方案。

The Selection of Logistics Modes of B2C E-Commerce Enterprises

B2C e-commerce market has grown rapidly and attracted a large number of B2C enterprises in recent years.Given the poor overall situation of the domestic logistics industry,how to choose a logistics mode for B2C enterprises is particularly important.The logistics modes of B2C enterprises include the self-supporting logistics mode,outsourcing logistics mode,mixed self-supporting and outsourcing mode and joint distribution mode.When enterprises select one mode,they should carefully examine three elements,cost,efficiency and service.And balance the three elements when making logistics service strategies.Based on the AHP,the optimal plan for B2C enterprises is the outsourcing logistics mode and the second best plan is the joint distribution mode.
