| 摘 要： | 文章从自我决定理论的视角对工作家庭冲突产生的内部动力机制进行了研究。对四城市173位管理者的调研结果发现，工作→家庭冲突最大，显著高于家庭→工作冲突;家庭活动的自我决定动机对工作→家庭冲突影响显著；工作的自我决定动机对家庭→工作冲突影响显著；家庭与工作的自我决定动机均对工作→←家庭冲突影响显著；配偶、上司等重要他人对工作和家庭活动的自我决定动机影响显著）。
