| 摘 要： | 档案管理一直以来都是机关事业单位和企业管理工作的重点内容,对各行各业的建设与发展具有广泛且深远的影响,一旦没有做好档案管理,则难以真正呈现工作质量,无法对工作效率进行科学评估与改善,影响工作决策正确性。论文从新时期的档案管理视角出发,概述档案管理工作的重要意义,结合多年从事调水方面的档案工作经验,对档案管理现状进行相应分析,以期为我国新时期的档案管理事业贡献一份微薄力量。

| Abstract: | Archives Management has always been the focus of the management work of government organs,institutions and enterprises.It has a broad and far-reaching impact on the construction and development of all walks of life.Once archives management is not done well,it is difficult to truly present the quality of work,and can not scientifically evaluate and improve the work efficiency,and affect the correctness of work decisions.Starting from the perspective of archives management in the new period,this paper summarizes the significance of archives management work,and analyzes the current situation of archives management based on years of experience in archives work in water diversion,so as to contribute a meager strength to the archives management in the new period of China. |
