摘    要:在“十四五”规划的目标设定背景下,创新居于我国现代化建设全局中的核心地位。论文立足于中国梦、创新梦,通过了解科研人员的职业幸福感状况,分析科研人员职业发展的可持续性,指导组织人力资源管理工作,为管理提供指导方向。基于此,科研人员的职业幸福感提升有利于激发个人创新思维的产出,整合科研团队力量,优化组织人员管理路径,强化政产学研合作,发挥好科技创新对高质量发展的支撑力量。

Abstract:Under the background of the goal setting of the"14th Five-Year"Plan,innovation is at the core of the overall situation of China's modernization construction.Based on the Chinese dream and innovation dream,this paper analyzes the sustainability of scientific research personnel's professional development by understanding the situation of professional well-being of scientific research personnel,provides guidance for the organization's human resources management work,and provides guidance direction for management.Based on this,the improvement of professional well-being of scientific research personnel is conducive to stimulating the output of personal innovative thinking,integrating the strength of scientific research team,optimizing the management path of organizational personnel,strengthening the cooperation between government,industry,university and research,and giving full play to the support force of scientific and technological innovation for high-quality development.
