公共管理视角下事业单位行政管理的改革方向

事业单位行政管理工作效率、质量都与事业单位的自身发展有着紧密的联系,且对事业单位的未来发展方向产生重大影响。基于此,论文以公共视角为研究出发点,深入分析事业单位行政管理工作改革的必要性,找寻当前行政管理改革工作存在的问题,从而基于公共视角管理来提出具体的行政管理工作的改革方向,以期为事业单位行政管理工作的发展提供一定的参考建议。

Reform Direction of Public Institution Administration from the Perspective of Public Management

The efficiency and quality of administrative management in public institutions are closely related to their own development,and have a significant impact on the future development direction of public institutions.Based on this,this paper takes the public perspective as the starting point,deeply analyzes the necessity of the reform of administrative management work in public institutions,finds out the problems existing in the current administrative management reform,and then puts forward the specific reform direction of administrative management work based on the public perspective management,so as to provide some reference suggestions for the development of administrative management work in public institutions.
