Optimal Analysis of Environmental Impact Assessment Examination and Approval Work Under the New Economic Situation

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state has actively carried out the reform of the administrative examination and approval system,advocated the proper transformation of the functions of the government,advocated the decentralization of government,and properly optimized the basic process of examination and approval.In order to better practice the specific actions and respond to the basic call of the country,the environmental protection department has realized the effective reform of the EIA examination and approval system,and gradually shifted the focus to the supervision in the event and after the event.The paper focuses on the overview of the optimization path of EIA examination and approval work under the new economic situation,combined with the relevant task indicators,to develop a reasonable implementation plan,to ensure that the relevant work is carried out more in place and harvest satisfactory work results.
