环境保护约束下农户生产模型的研究

退耕还草、退耕还林、建立水源地保护区等已成为我国当前及今后改善生态环境的重要举措。保证农民土地收入不受损害,是这些措施顺利实施和可持续进行的前提条件。通过建立生态环境保护约束下农户的生产模型,分析出使农户利润最大化时对农户种草种树补贴方式、补贴数量和农户对土地的分配问题。

Research on the Model of Farming Production Under the Constraint of Environmental Protection

Reusing farmland for grass and tree planting and establishing water resource protection zones are important initiatives from now on for improving ecologic and environmental condition. Without reducing farmer's incomes on land is the premise for successful and sustainable implementation of the initiatives. By developing a farmer's production model under the constraint of environmental protection, the amount of subsidy for grass and tree planting and the land allocating problems were analysed and solved when the famer's profit was maximized.
