速递物流企业核心竞争力分析

摘    要:核心竞争力是企业竞争优势的源泉,速递物流企业由于核心竞争力的缺乏只能单纯依赖价格手段因而无法实现企业长足的发展。文中在阐述速递物流企业的核心竞争力构成的基础上,从行业整合和拓宽融资渠道、推行服务标准和CRM建设、实行流程再造和人才培养三个方面对速递物流企业核心竞争力的培育和提升进行了分析。旨在推动速递企业通过提高服务运作效率,脱离恶性的价格竞争方式,向着改善客户关系、构建企业竞争优势的可持续发展模式迈进。
