| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来企业经营环境的变化、行业内竞争的负面效应和企业自身资源和能力的有限性,使得合作竞争战略的实施成为必然。基于博弈论思想,本文提出了合作竞争战略的基本涵义,重点分析了企业与同行非完全信息静态博弈模型及其均衡解,并以格兰仕为例作了进一步阐述。

| Abstract: | With the change of business environment since 1990s last century and because of the negative efficiency of competition within the same business and the limitation of enterprises' resources and ability,carrying out co-competition strategy between enterprises of the same business has become necessary and inevitable.Based on games theory,the paper points out the meaning of co-competition strategy and analyzes static games model between enterprises of the same business and its solution to equity. |
