长三角区域协调发展中的"二传手"问题--以浙江中西部中心城市建设为例

苏浙沪地区的经济社会发展在空间结构上存在着差距甚大的三大地带.中间地带的"二传手"作用不能得到充分发挥,是加大区域经济在空间结构上的差距的一个重要原因.因此,在统筹长三角的协调发展中应该将中间地带城市的发展问题予以足够的重视.文章以浙江中西部中心城市建设为例对此提出相应的若干对策.

Preliminary Discussion on the "Tosser" Issue in Coordinating the Development of the Yangtse Delta--A Case study into the Construction of a Hub City in the Midwest of Zhejiang Province

There are three zones of great disparity in the space structure of social and economic development in the area embracing Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai.One key factor contributing to the increasing disparity of regional economy space structure is that the middle strip as a "tosser" has not been brought into full play.Therefore,enough attention should be paid to the development of the middle-strip cities in the effort to programming coordinative development of the Yangtse delta.By drawing on the experience of constructing a hub city in the Midwest of Zhejiang province,some practical strategies are formulated in this essay.
