Self-taught Examination Credibility Crisis and Its ountermeasures

This article analyzed the credibility crisis of self-study examination from the aspects of employment, examination, enrollment, and teaching, then proposed that constructing and correctly cultivating the credibility of self-study examination need the common concern of the whole society, need establish a fair employment admittance mechanism, need the education field take effective actions, to set up scientific attitude toward examination, to strengthen the construction of legal system, to strengthen the supervisory mechanism, to establish quality monitoring and evaluation system, to enhance the transparency of self-study examination, to ensure students can fairly obtain information, to strengthen the moral construction and enhance the self-discipline of ranks. Let the diploma holders can share the same power and social resources with full-time diploma holders, maintaining social harmony and development.
