| 摘 要： | 文章对中国A股上市公司现金股利分配的现状研究后发现,中国上市公司虽然自2000年开始分红热情空前高涨,但其现金股利分配仍缺乏连续性,股利分配水平低,部分上市公司的现金股利分配行为受政策影响。

| Abstract: | After analysing the present condition of the Chinese listed companies' cash dividend distribution,this paper finds that the companies' dividend policy still lack continuity and have low level of cash dividend distribution, although the companies have had immense zeal to pay cash-dividend since the year of 2000, and part of the listed companies are influenced by the government policy. |
