论我国民营企业融资困境

随着民营经济的迅猛发展,民营企业融资难问题也日益突出,表现在外源融资渠道狭窄,内源融资所占比例大,且资金严重短缺。导致民营企业融资困境的原因极其复杂:民营企业自身因素是融资难的根本原因;政策环境、社会环境因素是影响民营企业融资的一个大环境;金融体制改革滞后是民营企业融资难的直接原因。解决民营企业融资困境,必须发挥政府、社会、银行和民营企业各方面的作用,采取综合治理的措施,才有望逐步解决这一难题。
