腺苷蛋氨酸治疗病毒性肝炎合并高胆红素血症临床肝功能指标观察

目的 观察腺苷蛋氨酸在治疗病毒性肝炎合并高胆红素血症患者中的改善肝功能生化指标的作用.方法 40例高胆红素血症患者随机分为两组,治疗组20 例在常规保肝、降酶基础上给予腺苷蛋氨酸治疗,观察病情变化,测定相关肝功能生化指标.结果 经腺苷蛋氨酸治疗后的患者肝功能相关指标胆红素和转氨酶的复常率高于未给予腺苷蛋氨酸对照组,结果有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 腺苷蛋氨酸对病毒性肝炎合并高胆红素血症患者可以改善肝功能相关生化指标.

Adenosylmethionine in viral hepatitis combined hyperbilirubinemia Clinical observation of treatment

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of S-Adenosylmetionine in the treatment of viral Hepatitis Hyperbilirubinemia. Methods 40 cases of viral hepatitis hyperbilirubinemia were randomly and evenly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group were teated by S-adenosylmetionine, once daily, the changes of liver function before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Serum total bilirubin and aminotransferase after treatment were decreased,which showed significant difference as compared with control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion S-Adenosylmetionine has obvious curative effects on improving the liver function and reducing serum total bilirubin of viral hepatitis hyperbilirubinemia patients.
